Return Policy

All sales are final. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or if an item has arrived damaged you may request an store credit within 7 DAYS of your purchase. This credit can be for a product EXCHANGE or MERCHANDISE CREDIT. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of purchase.  Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping using a reliable carrier with tracking info. We cannot be held responsible for items not received. Please email hello@getfreshindustries.com with questions. All large items such as framed art, furniture & lamps are store pick up only. Once items leave our showroom they cannot be returned. We're not liable if something happens to the merchandise after leaving the showroom. 

Upon inspection of returned items, you will receive your merchandise credit in the form of a gift card within 3-5 business days via email. We have the right to deny any items that do not meet our return standards.

Any returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be credited.
